Your AI team
Every AgentWork company comes staffed with seven characters, the CEO, five department leads and QA, plus specialists called in for each task.
Seven characters
Each character is an AI agent with its own role, way of working and expertise. You name them during onboarding and can rename them at any time.
CEO OfficeCEOThe only agent you need to talk to. Sets priorities, assigns work to the departments, writes the final reports and sends the daily brief.
Research & InsightsResearch leadResearch, data analysis, experiments and evidence. Reads the sources and makes sure every number has an origin.
Marketing & ContentContent leadContent strategy, writing, editing, social media and distribution.
Product & DesignProduct leadProduct research and planning, UX, visual design and creative direction.
Business & GrowthBusiness leadPartnerships, proposals, customer insight, pricing and growth.
OperationsOperations leadPlanning, budgets, processes and SOPs.
Quality reviewQAThe independent reviewer. Does none of the work and checks every deliverable before it reaches you.
Specialists and role templates
Behind each lead are role templates: the recipe for one kind of specialist, with its instructions, playbooks and the lessons from past work. For each task, the lead calls in specialists from these templates, as many as the task needs.
| Department | Example role templates |
|---|---|
| Research & Insights | Data Scientist & ML Engineer, Literature & Knowledge Researcher, Prototype & Experiment Engineer |
| Marketing & Content | Copywriter & Scriptwriter, Editor, SEO & Distribution Specialist, Trend Researcher |
| Product & Design | Creative Director, Product & UX Designer, Product Researcher, Visual Designer |
| Business & Growth | Customer & Pricing Analyst, Partnership & Proposal Specialist |
| Operations | Planning & Budget Analyst |
When a task needs a role that does not exist yet, the lead can describe a new one. It is saved as a draft template for you to review on the Organization page, where you can also add or archive templates yourself.
A team that learns your business
- Brand profile. During onboarding, the team drafts a brand profile from your website or social media. The content, product, business and operations departments follow it.
- Lessons. QA's notes and project results are kept as lessons, so the next piece of work is more on target.
- Skills from your documents. Add documentation or guides and agents read them as skills. See Knowledge, memory and skills.
Talking to a lead directly
Most things go through the CEO, but you can also open a chat with any lead. If your request turns out to be work for that department, the lead proposes it as a department project and starts once you confirm.
