Integrations, Telegram and schedules
Connect the tools you use, talk to the CEO from Telegram, and have the team work on a schedule.
Integrations
In Settings → Integrations you connect outside services so agents can read, and when allowed change, data there.
- Notion is ready to use: sign in with your Notion account, and agents can read the pages you share.
- Other MCP servers can be added by their URL. MCP is an open standard for connecting AI agents to services, and many services offer one.
- Access per agent. You choose which agents may use which integration.
- Changes wait for approval. By default, every action that changes something in an outside service waits for your approval in Needs you. You can turn this off per integration.
- A call log. Every use of an integration is recorded for you to trace.
Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) is on the roadmap.
Telegram
Talk to the CEO from your phone through Telegram, just like the dashboard chat.
- In Telegram, open @BotFather, send
/newbot, and give your bot a name and a username. - Paste the token from BotFather in Settings → Chat apps.
- Open the pairing link shown, or send the code to your bot. From then on, the bot answers only your chat.
Small messages get an answer right away, real work becomes a project, and the results come back to Telegram. You can also choose to receive the daily brief and decisions waiting for you there.
Schedules and the daily brief
In Settings → Schedules:
- The daily brief. The CEO sends a summary every day: what got done, what is stuck and what is waiting for you.
- Recurring requests. Set up requests that run on their own every day, every weekday, every week or every month, at the time and time zone you choose. For example: "Every Monday at 9:00, summarise what changed on our competitors' pricing pages."
Each schedule's result goes to the chat and notifications, and to Telegram when it is connected.
