Get started

From the early-access list to your first request to the CEO, in a few steps.

1. Request early access

AgentWork is invite-only for now. Leave your email at agentwork.id. We get in touch when a seat opens, and we only use your email for that.

2. Receive your instance

Every client gets an instance of their own: AgentWork with only your company in it, at an address of your own. With the invite comes a one-time setup link.

The setup link works like a key. Whoever opens it first can set the password for that instance, so do not forward it. It lasts 24 hours and stops working once used. If it is lost or expired, ask us for a new one; the old link stops working at once.

3. Set your password

Open the setup link and enter a display name, a password and, if you like, an email (optional). Once saved, you are in the dashboard. From then on, sign in on your instance's sign-in page with that username and password.

4. Onboarding: five steps

The Welcome page walks you through five steps. Take them in any order; everything can be changed later in Settings.

Your business. Your business name, what you sell, who buys, your tone of voice, any offer you are running, and the language the team writes in (English or Indonesian).
Brand profile. Paste a link to your website or social media. The team drafts a brand profile every department follows.
Your team. Name the CEO, the department leads and QA, or keep the default names.
Model connection. Connect the AI model the team will use. This step is required: without a model, the agents cannot work. See Connect your AI models.
First request. Send your first request to the CEO.

5. A good first request

A clear request gets a better report. Say:

The goal: what decision you want to make.
The limits: location, budget, timing, or what to avoid.
The shape of the answer: a comparison table, a list, draft posts or a recommendation.

For example:

Compare three suppliers of 250 g coffee bags that deliver to Bandung: price per bag, minimum order and delivery time. Recommend one for the first two batches.

You can write in English or Indonesian. The team writes its results in the language you chose during onboarding.

Follow the team in the Office and answer its questions in Needs you.
Read the results in Reports.
Set up schedules and the daily brief so the team works on a routine without being asked each time.
