Reports

Every project ends with a report from the CEO where every claim has a source, checked by QA and ready to share or download.

What a report holds

  • A summary and recommendation at the top, so you know the answer in a minute.
  • Findings by department, with tables where numbers are compared.
  • Sources. The pages, documents and data the team actually read. Claims in the report point to them.
  • Review notes. What QA corrected, and anything that could not be verified, flagged clearly rather than hidden.

The report is also posted in the CEO's chat, and every report is kept on the Reports page.

Why you can trust it

  • The team may only cite sources it actually read during the project.
  • QA matches claims to their sources and can send work back for revision up to twice.
  • Web pages are treated as material to verify, never as instructions. Text on a page cannot make an agent do anything.
  • A report QA did not approve is still delivered, but the project is marked completed with issues, so you know which parts to check again.

Sharing a report

Open the report, then Share and Create link. Anyone with the link can read that report and download it as Word, without an account. They see nothing else.

  • A link lasts 7, 30 or 90 days.
  • Turn a link off at any time from the same place.
  • Make several links for one report, such as one per recipient, and turn them off one by one.

Downloading

From the report's Download menu:

  • Word (.docx), with headings, lists and tables intact.
  • Markdown (.md), the report's text as written.
  • Print or PDF, through your browser's print dialog.

Giving feedback

Every report has a place for your feedback: what helped and what was missing. It helps the team tailor the next report.
